Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States, including our military service members and their families. 

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. 

How We Ship 
We ship orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Package, or UPS
  • Priority Mail, First Class Package, and UPS take approximately 1 to 3 days to arrive once shipped and depending on your distance from Los Angeles, California

  • Delays may occur due to the current Covid-19 pandemic

  • Delays may occur during the winter and Holiday season

Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $60.

We determine our shipping cost on a flat rate based on the weight of your order.
  • Orders weighing less than 1 pound: Flat rate of $7.50 

  • Orders weighing between 1 and 5 pounds: Flat rate of $9.50

  • Orders weighing between 5 and 20 pounds: Flat rate of $15

How you will know when your order is shipped? 
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. A tracking number will be included so you can track your package status and estimated arrival. 

Missing Item Policy 
We check and double-check your order prior to shipping, but occasionally a mistake can happen. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, please let us know right away so we can make it right; you can contact us here.

Missing Package
USPS Priority Mail and First Class Package, and UPS are very reliable services. However, a package may go missing due to theft or may be misdelivered. Unfortunately, mail and package theft has been on the rise over the past few years, especially during the Holiday season. Please be aware of your location.

If the tracking information shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, unfortunately, we cannot file a claim pursuant to the rules of USPS and UPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace an order. This information is not to absolve ourselves from liability, but rather we have no recourse with USPS or UPS to file a claim. If you believe your package is legitimately missing via USPS or UPS, please contact your local USPS or UPS office as they are best equipped to locate your package.
