An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel an order when we are unable to communicate with the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped orders. A refund on orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.

Product Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene purposes, we cannot restock or resell products once they have been shipped, so we do not accept returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Product Refund Policy
Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. It is our goal that you will love our products as much as we do, however, we cannot issue a refund based on personal dislike of a scent or texture. We do our best to describe the scent based upon the essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the essential oil manufacturers. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know, you can contact us here.
